• LocalElse does not share its member information (e.g. email adddress) with anyone.
• LocalElse is not responsible for any emails that you receive from any venues utilizing LocalElse myNetwork tools. Please contact the venues directly and ask them to remove your name from their list.

• LocalElse does not guarantee results by listing your services on this site.
• LocalElse reserves the right to reject any vendor listings..
• Any litigation directed toward this site by any resource is limited to the vendor's yealy subscription amount.
• Advertising Membership is based on yearly subscription - Refund will be granted only in the case of LocalElse business closure and must be requested in writiting by vendor. Refund will then be prorated.
