LE-Searcher ^TM HOW-TO for Members:

Start a Search or have it started for you by LE-Searcher -Your Search Assistant

Step 1 - Sign in

Step 2 - Click on LE-Searcher^TM

1. Quick Search - Search for one category in one selected city or zip code. For multiple search (categories and cities), use LocalElse Personalized Search
   1. City - Type in a city and select from the list.
   2. Keywords - Type in one or more keywords and select from the list.
   3. By Business - You can also add do Search By Business
      1. Type the Venue Name and hit return to get all TextAds belonging to that Vendor
      2. Type the Venue Name and a city to get the TextAds belonging to that Vendor in the selected city
   4. Search - view the relevant search results, which can be further filtered by using Search within results by vendors name or category or both.


2. Personaized Search - Click on Personalized Search - view the relevant search results, which can be further filtered by using Search within results by vendors name or category or both - The Search Results are based on what you set in you myInterests list .
   • Set your interested categories, cities, and zip codes (myInterests) and receive personalized search results (Text Ads, Coupons, and Display Ads), which you can selectively save, email and print . You First need to set your Interests- click on myInterest.


3. myInterests
• click on Interests
  • Expand a service to view its categories.
  • Place a check in the box of categories you are interested in.
  • Click on Magnifier icon to include all checked categories in automatic searches and in your mySearchlist.
  • Click show preferences for each category to specify your desired preferences.

  (e.x. Service Business, Category Computer Hardware, Preference Video Chips)

  • Save your selection in mySearchlist.
• click on Cities and Zips
  • Select your cities and zip codes of interests
  • Submit your selection


4. mySearchResults - Keeps your Selected Ads that you saved, which can be printed, emailed to and saved. Multiple ads can be printed or emailed at the same time.



5. myDisplayAds - Keeps your Selected Coupons, Display Ads or Special Offers that you saved, which can be printed, emailed to and saved. Multiple Coupons or Display Ads can be emailed, saved and printed at the same time AND on the same page.



6. Categories Map - View list of all the categories that are supported.

Step 3 - Done!
